As an authorized GateHawk Dealer, you have access to the GateHawk Dealer Portal to manage your product units and their respective properties.

Apply to be a GateHawk Dealer

In order to be approved as an Authorized GateHawk Dealer, you’ll need to apply on the GateHawk website. Please visit to view and submit the application if you have not already done so.

Locate your login credentials

Once you’ve been approved as an Authorized GateHawk Dealer, you’’ receive two separate emails from GateHawk. Please note that since this is our first time communicating with you, our emails may be accidentally  flagged as “spam” or “promotions” by some email providers.

  • The first email will contain our welcome message to you and will give you a link to our dealer portal, feel free to bookmark this for future reference. 

  • The second email will contain your temporary password. You will be prompted to change this as you login for the first time.

Login to the GateHawk Dealer Portal

  1. Visit to view the login screen.

  2. Type in your username. This will be the email address you used when applying (the same email you received your temporary password at).

  3. Type in your temporary password. 

  4. Click the “Sign In” button. 

  5. Change your password. In order to secure your account, you’ll need to change your password from the temporary password to a personalized password. Please make sure to follow all of the  required password guidelines and keep your password stored somewhere safe.

Sign out of your account

When you’re finished using the GateHawk Dealer Portal, we recommend you sign out of your account to ensure your data stays private. To sign out

  1. Click on your profile icon in the navigation bar to open the more options dropdown menu

  2. Click the “Sign Out” tab to logout of your account.
