How to Add Financial Information

As a dealer organization administrator, you’ll be required to input your organization’s financial information. Unless you’ve entered your financial information, you won’t be able to onboard properties or products.

Locate the Dealer Profile Page

Click the Profile tab in the main navigation bar to view the Dealer Profile  page. 

Locate the Financials Tab 

  1. Click the Financials tab on the Dealer Profile page. 

  2. Click the Edit Dealer Profile Financials button to open the financials form. 

Enter the Billing Information

  1. Enter the organization’s Billing Information. You’ll need to complete all of the required sections.

  2. Use the toggle to indicate whether or not your business is Tax Exempt.

  3. Collect all of your organizations applicable tax documents and email them to accounting@gatehawk.com

Enter your Business Contact Information

  1. Enter the organization’s Business Contact Information. You’ll need to complete all of the required sections.

  2. If you choose to complete the Invoicing method section, please indicate the type of invoice you’d like to receive and where you would like it sent to.

Save and Submit

  1. Click the Save button to save and submit your information to GateHawk.

  2. Once you’ve completed this information, GateHawk’s accounting department may reach out to confirm certain details and finish setting up the billing structure.
