In the event that you need to reboot a GateHawk Video Intercom, follow one of the methods listed below.
Soft Rebooting the Intercom
To soft reboot the intercom:
Open the intercom unit using the key
Push the small blue button on the main board
Wait for the unit to reboot
Hard Rebooting the Intercom
To hard reboot the intercom:
Open the intercom unit using the key
Unplug the transformer (power supply)
Wait 15 seconds
Plug the transformer (power supply) back in
Wait for the unit to reboot
