Why is the Access Point Not Showing Up in the App?

If the Video Intercom's access point isn't showing up on the GateHawk Mobile App, it could be related to the hardware. Rebooting the intercom is the best first step in troubleshooting. To reboot the intercom, please refer to our How to reboot an Intercom Unit article.
