Why Do I See a “Loading” Screen When I Already Completed the Intercom Setup?

If you're seeing a "Loading" screen after previously completing intercom set up, try following the steps outlined below. 

  1. Double check that the Video Intercom has a functioning internet connection
  2. Reboot the intercom by following the steps outlined in our How to Reboot an Intercom Unit article
