How to Manually Reset Dealer Staff Passwords

Manually resetting your staff member’s password is made easy with the GateHawk Web Portal.



Resetting Staff Member Password

To reset a staff member’s password:

  1. Log into your GateHawk Web Portal

  2. Click Staff in the top left-hand corner of the page

  3. Click the More Options (︙) button next to the staff member whose password you wish to reset

  4. Click Reset Password in the pop-up menu

  5. Click Accept in the confirmation window


The staff member will receive an email prompting them to log in using a temporary password. 

Once logged in with the temporary password, GateHawk will require them to create a new password.
