How to Change Your Password in the GateHawk Portal

Updating your GateHawk Portal password is just a few clicks away. 

Changing Your Password

To change your password:

1. Go to https://dealer.gatehawk.app/

2. Click Forgot your password? 
   

3. Enter your GateHawk Portal email address into the Email text field

4. Click Reset my password
   

5. Copy the six-digit verification code from Your Verification Code email (if you don’t see this email in your inbox, check your spam folder)

6. Paste or type the verification code into the Code text field

7. Enter your new desired password into the New Password field

8. Re-enter your new password into to the Enter New Password Again text field to confirm 

9. Click Change Password
   

Signing Out

If you’re signed into the GateHawk Portal, you must sign out to access the reset password feature. To sign out of the GateHawk Portal:

1. Click the User icon in the top right-hand corner of the page

2. Click Sign Out
